Costco Just Announced Recalls For 3 More Popular Items
Costco has announced several large recalls in recent weeks, and the list of recalled items just grew longer.
Costco has recalled three pork products, a protein supplement, and a children's item in the previous two days, bringing its September recall total to seven.
Costco consumers learned about an undeclared allergy in Kirkland Signature Chicken Tortilla Soup on Sept. 9. Since then, Costco's suppliers have recalled
pre-cut organic butternut squash, Novaform mattresses, and Culinary Treasures Organic Chicken Bone Broth for mold and E. coli contamination.
The three recent recalls include the Kirkland Signature Master Carve Half Ham. Sunnyvalley Smoked Meats Inc. notified Costco customers on Sept.
29 that the product may have been contaminated with listeria, a foodborne illness-causing bacteria.
The recalled hams were sold only in the Bay Area and western Nevada. The warning states that they all have a sticker with lot number 264 – 4 and a
"Use/Freeze By" date of Jan. 20, 2024. Return impacted products to Costco for a full refund. Sunnyvalley advised clients experiencing troubles to call (209) 647-3504.
The second recall involves Orgain Organic Protein & Superfoods Powder's Creamy Chocolate Fudge with Probiotics. Nutrition product maker Orgain
informed Costco members on Sept. 28 that they found sesame in the powder despite the label not including it.
